I only have a cd burner and I know its possible to make vcds adn play them on a vcd player.. BUT how do i make vcds the quickest and easiest way? from divx files...

I would recomend "Nero" software.

this is a demo version you could check out to see if you like it
but I would think twice before I bought.
I'm pretty sure you can find it or an older version for free.
Right now I don't have suggestions, short of notice except search in k-lite
under software "nero 5.5" , "nero 6.0" or what ever.
I'm sure there are some web sites too.
