Yeah that link he posted is a great program. I use it all the time. And the bandwitdh is much better if you download the files with streambox than it is on the site.

sometime ago I've downloaded a program with which you can
record all the mixed output (when you are listening to something on your
computer) of your soundcard :) in 128kpbs as well as higher bitraters or lower also :)

their site is http://www.magicsofts.com, but it does not exist no longer :)
But you can get it on http://internet-news.gmxhome.de/magicsofts.zip

Just extracts the content in a directory and start Soundcapture SC.EXE :)
sometimes it get an error while trying to record this depends on your computer
space :) but mostly it works fine :) the iflenames of the recorded files includes
actual date of recording :)
