    I had a reply up, then the power went out.

    I don't really remember what it said, other than there's a very bad drought, the area's been over 50 days with no rain and temps in the high 30s, but there has been dry lightning. With the high winds, the fire's jumped the guards a number of times. There was something else too, but I don't remember right now.

    things are quiet until hitler decides he'd like to invade russia
    so, he does
    the russians are like "OMG WTF D00DZ, STOP TKING"
    and the germans are still like "omg ph34r n00bz"
    the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
    and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter
    the germans are like "wtf, h4x"

    I think so. We're not breathing in smoke daily anymore. And I've been taken off evacuation alert. Unfortunately I don't know much more than that; there hasn't been any change newsworthy, I suppose.
