On way home on the train it occurred to me that I starting feeling pretty crap not long after eating a trendy sandwich at lunchtime "raw grated beetroot, spinach, ginger and cream cheese". It felt like a lead weight in my stomach. It dawned on me it wasn't blood, it was fecking beetrootI was peeing purple!
Once again, beetroot ruins a perfectly fine night out.

Looking for loopholes
Seem to be OK today. The lighting in the pub cludge was a bit weird and blueand I was a tad alarmed but later in better light I realised it was purple pee not red. It was a Boots meal deal. I won't be having that again.
