terrible! i cancelled last month(same day i signed up) and 2 days ago they charged my card again and won't reply emails! Lets see how they feel about dealing with amex chargeback...
It's back up now & he did e-mail me this morning with an explanation, I've been pretty happy with the speed though I hate using Torrentflux the personal weekly/daily stats don't seem right but the monthly read seem ok.
On the billing page he has me listed as recurring but since I made a one off payment by PayPal I don't know how this could be done, I'll deal with this when the time comes. I was thinking about using OVH but from the looks of it the USA isn't on their list of added countries for September so other low cost options seem limited right now.
