rtorrent settings

Ive been playing around with rtorrent, can anybody recommend some good settings for a 100/100 seedbox?

max_peers = 200
min_peers_seed = 200
max_peers_seed = 200
max_uploads = 100

download_rate = 0
upload_rate = 0

directory = ./Incoming/
session = ./Session

port_range = 12345-12345
check_hash = no
encryption = allow_incoming,enable_retry,prefer_plaintext

hash_read_ahead = 8
hash_max_tries = 5
hash_interval = 10

If you don't have that option set, then whenever it reaches complete, the torrent will automatically hash check, without updating your stats or seeding until its done.
