i burned the reloaded vcd and every 30 seconds or so it gets really blocky then back to normal... and for some reason it only adds up to 90 min on the dvd player but on my computer it says the full time idk maybe my dvd player is just dirty

Most likely its the cd u have to get some good cd's cause the littlest scratch on the disc will make the player do that. I still haven't found any good ones that don't mess up like that but I use memorex but the mess up sometimes when I first play but the cheap verbatim's work a couple of times before that happens. I guess it's all how u take care of your cd's
