I had a dediboxinternational server a little while ago of course they are a reseller of dedibox.fr and i seemed to get a better more consistent speed with dedibox.. Even though there servers are more expensive than OVH. I have a OVH server at the moment but OVH's Standerds seem to be dropping as there is a setup fee and windows server 2003 is no longer free.

I doubt ovh has setup fees.

Yes they are starting up setup fees..
