Sure it can. I downloaded once 1.4GB and the file was only around 170MB. It just keeps downloading.

it does but like emule it repairs as it downloads
sumtimes i get part hash failed redownloading or something.
ive never had a corrupted end download from BT
That's what BT says Emule doesn't have corrupt parts u could mean when u are starting it up and it says re-hashing file.
