Terminator 3 Codec?

i got Terminator 3 (788168 kb) and when i checked it in "Gspot Codec Information"
it said "codec not installed."

thats how it looks.
if anyone has the codec or knows where to get it please give me some detailed instructions.

DivX 5 is not a codec that I'd consider to be widely known, is it?
