I'm trying to grab a video from this site:

which use Microsoft Silverlight.
Is anyone know which tool I can use to grab it??

You must use Silverlight videos downloader software.
I.E. hxxp://www.orbitdownloader.com/silverlight-downloader/free-silverlight-videos-downloader.htm
