just checked with mirc 6.31, works just fine, the only restriction is list of channels availible only after 1st minute...
'Do not use proxies/shells/Tor/whatever, you will be klined. Use own connection/the one you will use on site. Type "!queue" & wait. DON'T use !status and DON'T PM! Stop all current transfers & post a speedtest.net result (.png link) here.
