Do you have heat problems? Have you cleaned out all of the fans so they spin properly?
Do you have enough power going to your video card?
Use "smartmontools" to check your HDD for problems and use "memtest86+" to test your RAM.

Heat's no problem i have an antec 900 with 4 intakes and 2 exhaust, i clean my pc regually so i dont get much dust in it. Will give those tests a go, im pretty sure it aint that ram. it hasn't given me problems before. The PSU is a thermaltake TR2 550W so it gives out a canny amount of power.
