Midget is a term used to describe perfectly proportioned human beings that are just unusually small.

Dwarfs on the other hand suffer from a variety of genetic conditions that leave them with freakishly small arms and legs and in some cases over-sized heads.

They also dwell underground and are much more fun to toss .
