Good Movie Downloading Site?

i just recentley got a new version of k-lite and it doesnt not have the link to fasttrackmovies which is a dissapointment. What happened to this site?

anyways does anybody know any others good sites where i can download movies. I'm in the process of downloading phonebooth and its going slow as hell, i have cable too, maybe because there are few users.

Another ?. the file im downloading is called "phonebooth.dat" does this mean its a data file if so how can i burn this to a dvd. What kinda dvd discs should i use, "dvd+r or dvd+rw". Any pointers on burning dvd's and a good sight for downloading would be a great help
