iam getting this msg alote lately

why is this happening

Occasionally. No pattern that I can put my finger on. I think rosso said once it's something to do with the anti-DDoS software

don't reload pages too often. Especially don't sit there clicking refresh.
And try not to have many pages of this site running in different windows/tabs.
Creating too many page requests in a certain time makes the server ban you for a short time.
