someone invited me 2days ago and after i wrote the account details and press sign up the tracker was down and i didn't recive the confrmation e:mail so what should i do

no you don't. connect to irc.what.cd and join #what.cd-help

Yes, in IRC help state your case and the mods will work with you. In prior expierience they are friendly and tolerant. I'm sure they can check this mishap with their logs.
