I'm hoping that it will be HDbits.org. I've been looking for this site forever, in my oppinion is should be atleat level 8 I want it because I have heard that their internal encoders beats the crap out of the scene encoders. I rate quallity higher than fast pretime!

hmm.. funny giveaway sorry for bumping, considering #4, my guess it's scl. (btw, ethor is closed anyway) other trackers are either way non-english or forum activities are not their key-point (hdbits, mv). mv is okay at forums but we had invite weekend and all good contenders already received an invite. so we have only scl or the guidelines of the offer are too subjective
