Only Sound?

I downloaded Song of the South and am almost done downloading Monty Python and the Holy Grail. When I try to play either of these, the program says that it needs to download the codec from a server, but when it attempts to connect to the server, it says the page is not online or doesnt exist. The problem when I try to open the files is there is no suitable decompressor found. How can I get these movies to play w/ video instead of just sound?
