shopping at newegg.com, from mexico?

Ok I live across the border from the US and I have a PO Box so
relatives and friends can send me stuff and I just pick it up when ever I go to San Diego,
so I was browsing through the newegg.com shipping faq and there is a part that says they don't deliver to PO Box

Does Newegg.com deliver to P.O. Boxes?

Newegg.com does not ship to standard P.O. Boxes. However,Newegg.com can ship to residential P.O. Boxes in rural areas.

so does this mean I'm screwed, lol.
do you think there is some alternative?
