Mods can lock a thread and post in a locked thread but I dont think that they can restrict it to some ppl only.

Maybe I&#39;ll just start a thread, and then update it daily. If anyone posts in there, we could have a MOD delete it. Of course, I&#39;ll put a simple disclaimer at the top, wouldn&#39;t want anyone getting mad now...
