Kimsufi bandwidth usage

Are Kimsufi's being capped ?

My 2 friends uploaded a lot in a few days (3-4Tb in 6 days ) and they got capped to 1 MB/s Upload.



Is this new ? or was it always like this ?

anyone else experience this .. ?

OVH manager says server is noSLA and its only single server on the account

I don't use up that much. Maybe 1-2 Tb per month. I download just what I need to. No RSS or anything. Most of it goes to upload though. If a connection and peers are good, you can have a movie seeded to a 3:1 ratio within minutes.

I do however need to reformat the server about every 2 months, after just generally weird things start happening. (severe lagging, freezing up and crashing)

My average bandwidth is about 10-12 TB/month. Its all about what sites you are on and the peers connecting to. Some sites I am a member of I can never get above 1-2MB upload, and then I will connect to one of my better sites and I will hit 8MB+ no problem in 30 seconds. So depends on your sites and peers
