Did you activate you "keyword" in your profile menu?
how can i make that and i can't access my account and forget my register mail that i made on BCG

you can try with stoi but I'm not sure even if he can help you.
stoi warned not once (here and in bcg too) that accounts will be deleted if they wont activate, with no way return them back.
so I guess you're out of luck right now.
