If you get an error from a file missing, generally means that file is missing from your windows/system32 directory. There are 2 ways to get the file.
1. Download the library files:This will install 99% of the needed files for jf3000 software.Code:http://www.ascentive.com/support/new/libraryfiles.exe
or
2, Go toand look for the file, once downloaded, place the file in your windows/system32 directory then go to run and type : regsvr32 nameoffile.ocx or whatever extension it has.Code:Google.com
