Ok Im on 56k and becasue I have a dynamic Ip it changes which means their is this f*cked up IP adress I can sometimes that is f*cked atm so how and where do I put in the IP address I want to always dial in for forever??

I don't think you can, it's assigned by the ISP each time you dial up to their service or proxy. It all depends what is in use and what is available when you connect.

ok its just that I rang them up and they gave me this IP address and the client IP address I think to use all the time to stop this from happening its really pissing me off I have to keep dialing in all the time till I get the good IP its giving me a huge phone bill!

well, if they gave you one, then put it in and try it. In network connections, properties, internet protocol, properties, "use the following..... "
