It is a new tracker. 120 torrents so there is some content though of course not near what some trackers have. What is there is high quality and alot of the torrents are free leech. There are leechers
There is a long way to go i agree but you gotta start somewhere. Impossible to build a ratio? No There are quite a few systems in place to increase your upload if you are active, very easy to hit the conditions to be entered in the draw. But if people don't want to put in a little effort than i guess it gives those willing a better chance at winning
