I do not know work with paypal.
It is easier I transfer the money to a user confidence.

Have you tried getting a Visa debit card? I think its probably the best and easiest option to go with.
some companies allow bank transfer too..

If you dont have paypal i can do western union.
Ive done it with a member on here last month for a large server and its very easy for people without paypal.pm me if you dont find another solution.
