As u tried lot of tools for cleaning and optimizing PC..for quick and definite noticeable result..u can try Advanced System optimizer..it tune up your system..with only easy steps ..!as u also tried it but its now more & best optimizers that can optimize ur system..right now I am also using it.. & I am very happy with it...!
