Well I decided to get a new HTPC case I saw this on ebay and had to get it I love the clean look to it.

First I had to remove everything from the old case and get it all ready to go in the new case.

Then I took replaced the cpu cooler with this Silverstone one
    Newegg.com - SILVERSTONE NT07-AM2 80mm CPU Cooler - CPU Fans & Heatsinks

I replaced the fan it came with to a Silenx fan
The two case fans were already Silenx fans when I got it
Then I replaced the 120mm fan in the psu to a Silenx

I had to find a good way to mount the hdd since I use a 2.5" IDE and my dvd burner
is also IDE and there was no slot under the dvd drive for a hdd so I had to improvise
since the IDE cable wont reach over to the hdd bays which I removed anyways.

I hooked the hdd to the bottom of the dvd drive mount with a zip tie and put some foam
    inbetween just so nothing vibrated

I had a usb IR receiver and I wanted to mount it in the case and since this case
is made to take a OLED screen in the front it had a piece of clear plastic already
in it, so I took my usb receiver and poped the cover off and mounted it in the case
    right behind the window

Then of course I had to neaten up all the wires so it looked nice

    System specs are

    Omaura TF8 case
    Biostar 7050PV/nForce 630a AM2 mobo
    AMD 4850e 45w cpu
Leadtek 8500GT Silent Edition Low Profile HDMI
    4 GB DDR2 800 ram ( it was cheap)
    120GB Samsung 2.5" hdd
    Lite-on dvd burner
    Sunbeam Hush 550W psu

Here are some pics of the front and back

Looks great Ryan. Simple clean. How much did the case run you? It looks like the MoBo has onboard HDMI so why are you using a Video card? Do you plan on gaming with it also? I think I've asked you this before as well but does that Vid card pass audio through the HDMI too?

i quite like it, like what detale said very clean and simple, nothing complicated what so ever with it. How much was it going for?

Also in the 4th picture to the right of the Dvd drive what's all that next to it?

    Also
i just saw in the 4th pic the USB coming from out of the case, is that the IR receiver? If so why not route it internally to one of the USB headers?

Hey I like it. It looks clean and "not too stylish". It seems to be a little overpriced here in Sweden though. But I'm fine with my Antec NSK 2480 anyway.

Doesn't look like it has the right plug for an internal USB header.

StarTech.com USB A Female to Motherboard Header Adapter

for $4 buy it, but it would be pretty easy to make also

yes it does, in the 4th pic you can see the black and red spdif cable, but I don't think they make that card anymore but this is the same thing pretty much from msi
    http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127301
and it does audio pass through also have one of those too,
and I upgraded the video card because when I got this mobo it was the best on board video but it would play some of the very high demanding hd.
