XFX and EVGA are same company one UK one US but in those 2 i would pick the XFX personally

    its XFX not nvidia

nVidia make the GPU then you get different distrubiates

USA USA USA go EVGA so in case you have to send it back it'll be cheaper for shipping

Go for EVGA their cooling is better and customer support is also good.

You can always overclock your card.XFX is factory overclocked thats why the specs are high.

Tiger Direct dont provide support nor nvidia,Card manufacturer provide support in case of defect that means XFX or EVGA.

    No, they are NOT.
Two separate companies and both operate independently in the US and Europe.

Both companies are known for their excellent warranty programs and I've used both with no issues.
If both companies are offering the same product I'd probably just go with whichever was cheapest.

I suspect you are confusing Evga and Pine.

Pine is the same company as XFX.
