Israel,poland,romania @scc due to the large number of cheaters,as twofingers said. In fact,not to whole country.Just some ip classes(speaking about Romania),but if they found out you are romanian,in most cases they will disable your account... Perhaps this method is applied for the other 2 countries too.


see dudes....and i know that i can login ..cause i've tryed a friend's account so I can be sure that i can receive an invite here..so it's ok ..just give me the invite allready
