SCC Problems

I have recently been having some issues connecting to SCC.

When I run tracert I do get a complete trace but with some timeouts.
When I ping the site, sometimes I get a 1 in 4 packet sent.
I have tried everything but nothing seems to work.

My ISP told me I need to contact an Admin at SCC, and for them to check that my ip address has been updated in RIPE.
They have told me that unless this is done I will have the same problem if my ip changes in the future.

This is driving me NUTS.

So if anybody has any ideas, please let me know.

I cant really help you but its good that your isp said to contact SCC, must be a first for an isp to advise that, you must have a cool isp, good luck, i am a member there but not having any problems with the site
