It was probably particularly noticeable with just three. With more round the table there would be more thinking time. Like you say we should try a wee bit slower next time and see how that goes.

You set a game up then people join, just do it on a case by case basis. If you don't start the game within a few minutes it nags you to do it so you can't really have it there permanently.

You just look in the list of games being played and select it from there. I think it's just called after the person's username.
