It&#39;s because historically, you won&#39;t find a movie DL until the release date (November 5th, 2003 for Revolutions), with a few exceptions (Hulk). Also, when you boot from the C: drive, it won&#39;t let you format itself&#33;&#33;&#33; You must boot from a different volume to facilitate a format C. Formatting a NTFS volume is even more difficult. There&#39;s a website called http://www.vcdquality.com/. If it&#39;s not listed there, it doesn&#39;t exists no matter what your friend claims&#33;
