i have seedbox so i need to make something with it

You can upload the files to any file hoster. Like Rapidshare, Netload, Megaupload, Megashares, etc, etc, etc. Just pick one and up the files to it.

Actually MyBloop is a pretty good one that I've been using lately.

its a HTTP File Server, one file, no need to install (like utorrent)
nice and very easy. also supports password auth
