So, on a serious note. Seret Cinema doesn't count does it? I mean it changed owners and URL's but is that enough? If it is enough, they win.

well, secret-cinema is exactly the same site as cinema-obscura, with same content and same forum so even if url and staff changed, i think it's not enough to consider the site as a newcomer tracker.

I think that LzTr would also deserve to be nominated. I'm not member there since a while but from what i've noticed, it's a serious tracker with nice and original content.
