login in remotely by vnc and open firefox

I do not beleive that there is a speed test built within the torrentflux script. As anselsanges stated, the only way that I know of is by remotely logining into the server, which you probably do not have premission to do if it is a shared box.

Also you can use nxclient so you do not have to install any vnc server
