I can't imagine the amount of computing power that'd be required to filter an ISP's traffic. I'd bet that if they decide to implement this then our rates will go up.

If they take the approach like MGM above, all they do is get your IP from the tracker, so SSL won t matter. But the thing that bothers me about this is anyone could get an IP in there wiothout ever transferring a single byte of data. Its is not enforcable. So ya, SSL still works.
