linux works better on those low spec servers, and windows sys on kimi comes with a fee every month, 15 for basic and 30 for pro. it's perfect for single acc and good value. debian + fluxbox is pretty good.

If you do go with windows you just install utorrent like you would on your vista pc and then set up webui:

But I would recemmend going with Ubuntu desktop then using NoMachine NX:
    http://www.nomachine.com/select-package-client.php
to connect to it like you would use RDP. Then you just install wine and then install utorrent via wine:

If you dont wanna use Linux then choose windows, but linux performs better for these kimi's and is free.

You wont have to dual boot with vista! you are choosing an OS for your server not your home pc,you connect to your server using RDP or VNC etc...
You should read a few of the guides HERE HERE

like mentioned above me you really should do some research before you spend the money.

it is a server, a connection to a remote computer, you can install utorrnet and connect via webui regardless of which OS you install in the SERVER, which obviously has nothing to do with the OS you have on your home PC.

BTW, is the kimsufi box still limited to a small list of countries?
