    the 2000-xp lite beta is currenty out, but version 1 is about to come out, check out the site http://www.litepc.com/xplite.html
    there is also and email addrres where u can send a blank email and get notified when it goes final.

    if u want to try out the beta u can get it on the donkey network. its only about 300k

    nope, i mean 300k, it aint windows itself, it more like a tweaking program, u can remove unwanted windows things, that before were impossible, there is also a 9x edition.

    pretty safe, as it only removes a few little things nothing major.

    It doesn't seem to remove much, so not worth it I think.

    thats cause its only beta just to test some feature, the release will have alot more features.

    it disables windows file protection.....that makes this program very useful considering what it takes to disable it manually.

    Why would you want to disable WFP? Just to say that you can? You might as well just whip it out right now! See who's the bigger man. LoL
