i don't know if this will work, but try pressing 00 for the channel, it happens with my tv also, but for using s-vid from my dvd player...if it doesn't show up, hit 00 again...

    Hope it helps!

download an app called tvtool, you can find it at suprnova software section http://www.suprnova.tk (working mirror) then once installed you can have an array of powerful options, post if you have any question about the setup, also one important tweak is to have it set to pc mode all the time, produces a much crisper picture as shown in my setup below

i coudnt find that program on the webside that u give
can u tell me where is it ?

be sure you NEVER plugged the cable with tv turned ON.

as stated in the user's manual, you can fry your tv out doing that.
I do that all the time with my radeon's tv out useing Video (yellow) connection.. my tv works fine.

Normally i connect it.. then switch to video mode on the tv.
I can then set my radeon card to Expand my desktop onto tv (adds extra room).. or i can Clone.. just have it show what my moniter shows.
