Really.....come on. I can't see this going very far......sorry.
There are already such things in existence, just look. Making one may seem cool, but there really is no need with all this, as there are already ftp sites ( they do exists lol ) and other forms of music sharing, like bittorrent, usenet, etc.

If you get it running, more power to you, but even then, I can't see it going very far.
