Installous is an app that you can download through Cydia. To reach it, though, you need to add the Hackulous repository. Once you have Installous installed on your iPhone/iPod Touch, you can go to Appulo.us through the mobile Safari, and install cracked apps right through your phone/iPod.What is it ?

And then of course to install cracked apps, you still need to have a jailbroken iPod Touch/iPhone, and the hacked MobileInstallation.
