it's partially yes, those two reasons,
but mainly that's because his tracker hunt will be over. meaning he will stop chasing to join trackers and just using his current trackers and maybe FTN if he gets it.

hard to explain..

i'm not literally chasing any trackers and i have never been after any tracker for its level or rarity. i can say that if i join ftn, it will be my last tracker, it won't be just sitting in bookmarks and visited once a month to keep my acc alive, i will give it a good use..

ofc it is cool to be a part of it when everybody search for it at all forums, so i may admit that there was some influence of ftn's level and rarity on my decision to make a request for it.
