WASTE works well for this purpose, but I guess it isn't really the easiest way to do it.

I believe the best way to send that file is via Bit Torrent. Pando is also an option, I've heard alot good about it but have never got to try it myself.
Burning it to a cd and mailing it could also be a good option
If you have access to an FTP that is usually fastest. Also, you may want to try AIM's file transfer feature or ICQ.

if by 150kb you mean that your upload speed is 150kb/sec then it is easy. Make a torrent. Send it to your friend to download it directly from you. at exactly 150kb/sec it would take 32 minutes.Originally Posted by bruce_berry

it should take approx 32 minutes for anyone to download that file from you.
