Are you in a country which may block nzbmatrix ? Why don't explain the problem on their irc ? Try a web proxy you will see Nzbmatrix is online.

I did contact one of the staff trough a web proxy he said that maybe its my isp blocking that site...will see...

UPDATE...just tried NZBmatrix and it seems to be working
Now I am having the same problem with newzleech.com ...
