I recommend getting an account on anidb, voting on the shows you like and then try the hint function (http://anidb.net/perl-bin/animedb.pl?show=hint2). Have found some shows I missed that way^^
I guess I should update my list there as well, haven't done that in over a year and a half. The list I got just now contained 29 shows I'd already seen out of 50.
