I registered on demonoid four times(None SUCCESSFUL) on different mail ids....But still have recieved no CONFIRMATION from Demonoid....

Have you checked your spam/filters? Gmail is usually best for registering at private trackers as its accepted by pretty much everyone and usually doesn't put it in the spam folder.
