Error Mesage From Tracker

I tried open window to the tracker site I normally upload to but I get the following error


System error
mysql: host '212.182.25.18'
is blocked becaues of many connection errors. Unblock with 'mysqladmin flush-host'

is this an error with the site or am I being blocked from the site because I caused errors. I don't have that address blocked and I don't know what mysgladmin is.

I have been tring to load site for serveral hours now.

The site is www.torrentz.com if someone would like to see if they get the same error.
