Can't post in the seedbox forum?

I see the notice regarding posting in the BitTorrent invite forum, but why can't I post in the seedbox discussion forum? I've got a question about NaQ's linux guide,but it won't let me post.

For now new members are able to reply to any thread but not start any. You should be able to post in that thread and ask what you want...
